Introduction: On July 31, 2020, President Xi Jinping announced the official opening of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system, marking the perfect end of the Beidou system's "three-step" strategy. In order to continue to advance the research of my country's satellite navigation technology, fully demonstrate the latest scientific research and application results of Beidou satellite navigation system in orbit determination, positioning, navigation and timing, and discuss new ideas, new technologies and new applications for the development of next-generation satellite navigation systems, The "2020CPGPS Forum" sponsored by the Global Chinese Navigation and Positioning Association (CPGPS) and undertaken by the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will be held in Shanghai on November 12-14, 2020. The conference will invite experts and scholars in the field of global satellite navigation and positioning and timing to conduct academic exchanges and seminars.
